Changing the startup screen is fun, but you must be careful. You don't want to find youeself having to reinstall Windows, do you?
This is what my favourite looks like.
The RLE format file (27K) Save this file in your windows system directory.
Start a DOS session or exit to DOS
Change to the Windows System directory and carefully type:
copy /b win.cnf+vgalogo.lgo+who.rle newwin.com
Move the newwin.com file to your windows directory
To try it, make sure you're not in Windows any more, and type newwin
When you're sure it works, backup your copy of win.com and rename mywin.com to win.com
